John holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside.

Prior to JetHead, John and Brian (JetHead’s President) founded PropHead Development, which developed STB software for Hughes Network Systems. PropHead was acquired in 2000 by AOL/Time Warner. John is also a contributor to the HandBrake open source video transcoder. In his free time, John enjoys skiing and cycling.
